Observe classrooms, track platform usage, and provide meaningful feedback to educators
Mentor educators to show up on time, in form, and with fire
Build a culture of improvement: push for better delivery, better energy, and better outcomes
Plan classes, optimize educator time, and ensure smooth classroom operations
Be a mentor, not a manager-talk to students, listen to their pain points, help them grow
Analyze student performance data to identify gaps and fix them with help from central teams
Spot the curious ones and guide them deeper into their learning journey
Run student-focused events, coding challenges, and workshops in partnership with the industry
Own the relationship with college leadership-be it Deans, TPOs, or HODs
Share governance reports, conduct reviews, and manage expectations with diplomacy and data
Lead renewal discussions with confidence and clarity
Represent byteXL in every dinner, conversation, and difficult moment
Scout for better trainers and even future Account Managers
Bring cultural change across the educator ecosystem-motivate, mentor, and mobilize
Solve problems, improve processes, and leave things better than you found them
Bring in emotional resilience-you'll need it-and stay curious through it all
5-8 years of experience in account management, operations, or education strategy
Strong interpersonal skills-you can inspire educators, earn student trust, and influence Deans
Data-savvy-you're not a data scientist, but you know how to look at numbers and see stories
You've run point on projects end-to-end and know what 24/7 accountability really feels like
You're a doer, a thinker, and a storyteller-sometimes, all in the same conversation
Have experience in edtech or managing large-scale educational programs
Have coached or mentored students before
Can tell a compelling story-whether to a student, educator, or college board
Have solved a few coding problems on our platform just for the fun of it
Love pushing the limits of what's possible on campus
